They are the first level to receive emergency maintenance requests. Their main role is to review and follow-up with customers in order to de-escalate the emergency or source a vendor that can address the problem. They can interact with customers via email, phone, video calls, text messages, and other communication channels. Requirements?: - English proficiency - Previous experience in troubleshooting issues (i.e., hardware and software) - Previous experience in customer service/technical support. - Proven examples: Communication is direct and to the point; they are able to communicate action steps clearly; excellent problem solving; thinks quickly on their feet It will be a plus if... - Experience in the property management area. - Customer service experience.
